Services are available for teens, adults and families.

Stress Screenings:
A great way to get started!  A one hour face to face session with a counselor or spiritual care person that determines your stress triggers, your stress response and your coping strategies and concludes with a personalizes stress relief plan.          

Counseling sessions:

Relaxation Session:

Group Relaxation Session:

Family Relaxation Session:
