Stress Screenings: A great way to get started! A one hour face to face session with a counselor or spiritual care person that determines your stress triggers, your stress response and your coping strategies and concludes with a personalizes stress relief plan. Counseling sessions: 45 minutes Relaxation Session: 45 minutes Group Relaxation Session: 45 minutes (2 or more people) Family Relaxation Session: 45 minutes Follow-up stress evaluations: 45 minutes Presentations/Courses: Determined through consultation |
