There is hope and help. The Center for Stress Management is a team of independent practitioners who believe that human beings are designed to live fully as serene, happy and free people. Because the way you experience stress is unique to you, the Center for Stress Management in Katy provides customized care. We assist you in assessing your current stress level, identifying your personal stress response and developing a stress management plan and practices that promote positive coping and vitality. Whether you are dealing with the stressors of daily living or major stresses such as an illness, loss of a loved one or post-traumatic stress, we can help.
Stress is a psychophysiological response to living. Our mind and body work together as filters of our experience in the world. What our mind perceives as a threat, danger or unknown situation, our body responds to as a way to help us cope with the situation. The way that we cope impacts our quality of life. Together we can discover the strategies that can help you live fully in the face of whatever stress you are facing.
