Meditation Wellness Circles
1st Wednesday of the month (EXCEPT OCTOBER WHICH IS 2ND WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 9)
If you are looking for a place of quiet refuge and reflection; some time to hear yourself think, a place to get in touch with your feelings and listen to your inner voice or make conscious contact with the divine, we want to invite you to join us for our Meditation Wellness Circle. It is our gift to you and part of living our commitment to creating a place of peace in the world.
Take an hour for yourself in the company of like-minded individuals, as we gather in a small community to pause, share and meditate together.
We will begin with music to help us let go of any tension and become present and aware. After we pause, we will engage a gratitude practice by reflecting on and sharing our successes, blessings or what went well during the week or past month including any progress toward goals. Time then allows for sharing by those wishing to report. Announcements and a group meditation (recorded or guided) on various themes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete the evening. With regular practice, you'll experience the powerful impact sharing success stories with others, as well as the overwhelming benefits of regular relaxation and meditation.
Drop ins welcome but registration encouraged so we can anticipate your arrival.
